As part of the launch of the new Pro Collection, MEATER approached us to create a flagship campaign film showcasing the next generation of their wireless meat thermometers: MEATER Pro, MEATER Pro Duo, and MEATER Pro XL.

The challenge wasn't simply to explain product features.

It was to create a film that demonstrated how those features enhance the cooking experience, helping audiences understand not only what the products do, but why they matter.

The result was a visually rich product launch campaign designed to educate, engage, and inspire.

The Brief

MEATER required a hero launch film that would introduce the entire Pro Collection while clearly communicating the unique features and benefits of each product.

The campaign needed to:

  • Showcase MEATER Pro, Pro Duo, and Pro XL

  • Communicate key product innovations

  • Demonstrate real-world use cases

  • Appeal to both experienced cooks and newcomers

  • Support wider marketing efforts across multiple platforms

Most importantly, the content needed to simplify technical information without losing excitement or engagement.

The challenge was finding the balance between education and inspiration.

Finding The Story

Working closely with the MEATER team, we developed a narrative that focused on the cooking experience itself — from preparation and anticipation through to the satisfaction of serving perfectly cooked food.

This approach allowed us to naturally introduce product features through genuine moments and user benefits, rather than relying solely on specifications or technical explanations.

Every scene was carefully planned to answer a simple question:

How does this product make cooking better?

This story-first mindset informed everything from casting and location choices to shot lists, pacing, and visual style.

Production

The campaign was filmed over three days across multiple locations, combining lifestyle storytelling, product cinematography, and technical demonstrations.

Working with cast throughout the production, we crafted scenes that showcased the products in authentic environments while maintaining a polished commercial aesthetic.

Post Production

A key part of the creative process involved using visual effects to help communicate product features and user benefits in a clear and engaging way.

Rather than relying on lengthy explanations, we used motion graphics and VFX to visually reinforce how the products work and why those features matter.

Immersive sound design played a particularly important role in elevating the viewing experience, helping to bring every moment of the cooking process to life.

Combined with motion control product sequences and detailed visual effects work, the final campaign delivered both clarity and impact.

The finished campaign provided MEATER with a versatile launch asset capable of supporting the release of the entire Pro Collection across multiple marketing channels.
