1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of the Giveaway is Sheridale Productions, a business partnership operated by Trey Drysdale and Kimberley Sherratt (the “Promoter”).

4. Eligible Wedding Locations

4.1 The Giveaway is open to eligible weddings taking place within:

a) the United Kingdom;

b) the Republic of Ireland; and

c) selected European destinations.

4.2 For weddings taking place in Europe outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, eligibility is subject to Sheridale Productions confirming that it is legally and practically able to provide professional videography services in the destination concerned, including satisfying any applicable immigration, work-permission, customs, equipment, insurance or other regulatory requirements.

4.3 Weddings taking place in the United States of America, Canada, or destinations outside the geographical scope described in clause 4.1 are not eligible for the Giveaway.

4.4 Entrants must provide their wedding venue and location where known. Where the exact wedding venue has not yet been confirmed, entrants must provide sufficient information about the intended wedding location, including the town, city or region and country, to enable the Promoter to assess geographical eligibility.

4.5 A wedding venue does not need to have been formally booked at the time of entry, provided the couple has a confirmed wedding date and otherwise satisfies the eligibility requirements of the Giveaway.

5. How to Enter

5.1 Entry to the Giveaway is free. No purchase is necessary.

5.2 To submit a valid entry, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

a) follow @sheridale.productions on Instagram;

b) like the official Sheridale Productions Divine Giveaway post/Reel on Instagram;

c) comment on the official Giveaway post/Reel, tagging their partner or another person involved in their wedding; and

d) complete and submit the official Giveaway Entry Form available through the Sheridale Productions website before the Closing Date.

5.3 Submission of the official Giveaway Entry Form is the only method by which an entry is formally submitted. Likes, follows, comments, tags, direct messages or other interactions on Instagram, TikTok or any other platform do not constitute an entry without a completed Entry Form.

5.4 TikTok and any other social platforms may be used to promote the Giveaway and direct potential entrants to the official Giveaway page. They do not constitute separate entry routes.

5.5 Entrants must provide all information marked as required on the Entry Form, including their name, email address, Instagram username, partner’s name, confirmed wedding date and wedding location, together with any other information reasonably required to administer the Giveaway.

5.6 Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is complete and accurate.

5.7 By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Entry Restrictions

6.1 Only one entry per couple is permitted.

6.2 Where both members of the same couple submit separate entries relating to the same wedding, those submissions will collectively be treated as one entry and will not increase that couple’s chances of winning.

6.3 Multiple form submissions, Instagram accounts or other methods must not be used to obtain additional entries for the same couple.

6.4 Entries submitted using false identities, fictitious couples, automated methods, bots, scripts or other methods intended to manipulate the Giveaway may be disqualified.

6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the required Instagram entry actions have been completed before awarding the Prize.

6.6 Required entry actions must have been completed during the Promotional Period and remain capable of verification when the provisional winner’s eligibility is checked.

7. The Prize

7.1 One eligible winning couple will receive the Sheridale Productions Divine Wedding Film Package, with an advertised value of £2,495 (the “Prize”).

7.2 The Prize consists of the services and deliverables ordinarily included within Sheridale Productions’ Divine Wedding Film Package as described on the Giveaway page at the Opening Date.

7.3 The Prize relates solely to the wedding identified in the winning entry and is subject to the availability, location, travel and other conditions contained within these Terms & Conditions.

7.4 There is no cash alternative. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other monetary equivalent.

7.5 No monetary refund, credit or payment will be provided in respect of any element of the Divine Wedding Film Package that the winning couple chooses not to use.

7.6 The Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, assigned or transferred to another person or couple.

7.7 Requests to alter or substitute elements of the Prize may be considered by Sheridale Productions at its discretion but are not guaranteed and do not create any entitlement to cash, credit or an alternative service.

8. Travel, Accommodation & Destination Costs

8.1 The Prize covers the Divine Wedding Film Package only. Travel, accommodation and other reasonable expenses necessary for Sheridale Productions to attend and provide videography services at the winning couple’s wedding are not included in the Prize where such charges would ordinarily apply.

8.2 Travel for the first 50 miles of the outbound journey from Nottingham is included in the Prize.

8.3 Mileage beyond the included first 50 miles will be charged at £0.45 per mile. Applicable mileage on the return journey to Nottingham is also chargeable at £0.45 per mile.

8.4 Where reasonably necessary due to the wedding location, schedule or travel requirements, the winning couple will also be responsible for reasonable accommodation costs.

8.5 For weddings requiring rail, ferry or air travel, or taking place outside mainland Great Britain, additional reasonable travel and destination-related expenses may include:

a) rail or ferry travel;

b) return flights;

c) checked, oversized or specialist equipment baggage;

d) accommodation;

e) airport or station transfers;

f) taxis or car hire;

g) parking and tolls; and

h) other reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in travelling to and providing videography services at the wedding.

8.6 Sheridale Productions will determine the reasonable travel arrangements necessary to fulfil the Prize safely and reliably, taking account of factors including production equipment, baggage requirements, arrival and departure times and the wedding schedule.

8.7 The winning couple must not make travel or accommodation arrangements on behalf of Sheridale Productions without Sheridale Productions’ prior written agreement.

8.8 All applicable travel, accommodation and destination-related costs will be communicated to and agreed with the winning couple before their wedding booking is formally confirmed.

8.9 The winning couple will be responsible for payment of those agreed costs in accordance with the subsequent Wedding Videography Agreement.

8.10 No international travel arrangements will be booked until the destination has been confirmed as eligible under Section 4 and the relevant arrangements and costs have been agreed with the winning couple.

9. Availability & Wedding Date

9.1 The Prize is subject to Sheridale Productions being available to provide videography services on the confirmed wedding date supplied by the entrant on the official Entry Form.

9.2 Entry into the Giveaway does not constitute a booking, provisional booking or reservation of the entrant’s wedding date.

9.3 Sheridale Productions remains entitled to accept normal wedding bookings for any available date throughout the Promotional Period and until the winning couple’s booking has been formally confirmed.

9.4 Availability will be assessed when the provisional winner is selected and verified. If Sheridale Productions is genuinely already booked or otherwise unable to provide its services on the wedding date submitted with the provisional winner’s entry, that entry will not be eligible to receive the Prize and another provisional winner will be selected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

9.5 The Prize applies to the wedding date supplied on the winning Entry Form. Any subsequent request to change that date will be governed by the postponement and date-change provisions contained within these Terms & Conditions and the subsequent Wedding Videography Agreement.

10. Winner Selection

10.1 One provisional winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

10.2 Selection will be made using a computer process capable of producing a verifiably random result.

10.3 The random selection will take place after the Closing Date and after the official entrant pool has been closed to further submissions.

10.4 The entrant selected through the random process will initially be regarded as the “provisional winner”. Selection does not constitute final confirmation or award of the Prize until the eligibility and acceptance requirements contained within these Terms & Conditions have been satisfied.

10.5 Sheridale Productions may film and record the random-selection process for evidential, administrative and promotional purposes.

10.6 The identity of the provisional winner will not ordinarily be publicly announced until their eligibility has been verified and they have accepted the Prize.

10.7 Sheridale Productions will retain reasonable records relating to the conduct of the draw, including the entrant pool, selection process and any necessary redraw.

11. Winner Verification

11.1 Following the random selection, Sheridale Productions will verify that the provisional winner satisfies the eligibility and entry requirements contained within these Terms & Conditions.

11.2 Verification may include confirming:

a) the identity of the entrant and winning couple;

b) that both members of the couple were aged 18 or over at the time of entry;

c) the confirmed wedding date;

d) Sheridale Productions’ availability on that date;

e) the wedding location and geographical eligibility;

f) where applicable, Sheridale Productions’ ability to legally and practically undertake professional videography work in the relevant European destination;

g) that the entrant did not already have an excluded existing Sheridale Productions wedding booking at the Opening Date;

h) completion of the required Instagram entry actions; and

i) the accuracy of other material information supplied on the Entry Form.

11.3 Sheridale Productions may request reasonable evidence necessary to establish eligibility. Entrants will not be required to provide information beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

11.4 Eligibility will ordinarily be assessed against the information and circumstances applicable at the time the entry was submitted.

11.5 A provisional winner may not retrospectively alter material information or complete a previously unfulfilled entry requirement in order to make an otherwise ineligible entry valid.

11.6 Sheridale Productions may disregard minor clerical or typographical errors that do not materially affect the entrant’s eligibility or provide an unfair advantage.

11.7 Where Sheridale Productions reasonably determines that an entry contains materially false information, has been manipulated or otherwise fails a material eligibility requirement, the entry may be disqualified.

11.8 If a provisional winner is disqualified, another provisional winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries using the same random-selection process. The disqualified entrant will have no entitlement to cash, compensation or an alternative prize.

12. Winner Notification & Acceptance

12.1 The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address supplied on their official Entry Form. Email constitutes the official method of winner notification.

12.2 Where an Instagram username has been provided, Sheridale Productions may additionally send the provisional winner an Instagram direct message advising them to check their email. This is a courtesy notification and does not replace the official email notification.

12.3 Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for monitoring the email account supplied with their entry, including their spam or junk folders.

12.4 The provisional winner must respond to the official winner-notification email within 72 hours of the time it was sent, confirming their intention to accept the Prize.

12.5 Where no response has been received after approximately 48 hours, Sheridale Productions may make a reasonable further attempt to contact the provisional winner by email and/or Instagram direct message.

12.6 If the provisional winner does not respond within the 72-hour period, Sheridale Productions may withdraw the offer of the Prize and select another provisional winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

12.7 Any replacement provisional winner will receive their own full 72-hour response period.

12.8 Once Sheridale Productions has withdrawn the Prize following expiry of the response period and contacted a replacement provisional winner, the originally selected entrant will have no further entitlement to claim the Prize.

12.9 Responding within 72 hours does not require the provisional winner to have completed the subsequent Wedding Videography Agreement within that period. It constitutes confirmation of their intention to accept the Prize, following which the remaining verification and booking arrangements will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

12.10 Where the winning wedding requires chargeable travel, accommodation or destination-related arrangements, Sheridale Productions will provide details or a reasonable estimate of those costs before the Prize booking is formally contracted. The winning couple must confirm their acceptance of the applicable arrangements and costs before the booking is confirmed.

12.11 Confirmation of a destination wedding Prize remains subject to completion of the destination eligibility and work-requirement checks described in Section 4.

13. Ineligible Winners & Redraws

13.1 If a provisional winner does not satisfy the eligibility, entry, verification or acceptance requirements contained within these Terms & Conditions, Sheridale Productions may disqualify that entry and select a replacement provisional winner.

13.2 Any replacement provisional winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries using the same verifiably random computer process described in Section 10.

13.3 Reasons for a redraw may include, without limitation:

a) failure to satisfy a material eligibility requirement;

b) failure to complete the required entry actions;

c) materially false or misleading information;

d) inability to verify the entry;

e) Sheridale Productions being genuinely unavailable on the submitted wedding date;

f) the wedding location being ineligible;

g) Sheridale Productions being unable legally or practically to provide the Prize in the relevant destination; or

h) failure to respond within the 72-hour acceptance period.

13.4 A disqualified provisional winner will not be entitled to any cash payment, compensation or alternative prize.

13.5 Sheridale Productions will retain an internal record of any redraw and the reason it was required.

13.6 A disqualified provisional winner will not ordinarily be publicly identified.

14. Non-Transferability & No Cash Alternative

14.1 The Prize is personal to the winning couple and the wedding identified in their winning entry.

14.2 The Prize may not be sold, gifted, assigned or transferred to another person or couple.

14.3 Administrative communication concerning the Prize may be undertaken by either member of the winning couple without constituting a transfer of the Prize.

14.4 There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a voucher or any other monetary equivalent.

14.5 No refund, credit or monetary payment will be provided for any element of the Divine Wedding Film Package that the winning couple chooses not to use.

14.6 Requests to alter or substitute elements of the Prize may be considered by Sheridale Productions at its discretion but are not guaranteed and do not create an entitlement to an alternative service or monetary value.

14.7 A change of wedding venue does not by itself constitute a transfer of the Prize, provided the wedding remains that of the same winning couple and continues to satisfy the Giveaway’s geographical, availability, travel and other eligibility requirements.

15. Postponement, Date Changes & Cancellation

15.1 The Prize is initially awarded in respect of the confirmed wedding date supplied with the winning entry.

15.2 The winning couple may request one transfer of the Prize to a replacement wedding date, subject to:

a) the wedding remaining that of the same winning couple;

b) Sheridale Productions being available on the replacement date;

c) the replacement wedding continuing to satisfy the location and other eligibility requirements of the Giveaway; and

d) any applicable additional travel, accommodation or destination-related costs being agreed.

15.3 The replacement date should ordinarily fall within the Giveaway’s eligible wedding period of 2027, 2028 or 2029.

15.4 A request to move the wedding beyond 2029 is not automatically covered by the Prize and may only be accommodated with Sheridale Productions’ written agreement.

15.5 Any further postponement or date change after the first approved transfer will be subject to Sheridale Productions’ agreement and availability.

15.6 If Sheridale Productions is unavailable for a requested replacement date, Sheridale Productions will not be required to cancel or alter another booking, appoint a substitute videographer or provide the winning couple with the cash value of the Prize.

15.7 If the winning couple permanently cancels their wedding, the Prize will lapse. It cannot subsequently be transferred to another couple, wedding or Sheridale Productions service and no cash alternative will be payable.

15.8 Where the Prize lapses following cancellation of the wedding after it has been formally awarded, Sheridale Productions will not be required to reopen the original Giveaway or select another winner.

15.9 Circumstances outside the reasonable control of either party, and any resulting postponement, cancellation or inability to perform the services, will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable provisions of the subsequent Wedding Videography Agreement and applicable law.

15.10 A change of wedding venue or location following award of the Prize must be notified to Sheridale Productions as soon as reasonably practicable and remains subject to the geographical eligibility, legal/work requirements and travel-cost provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

16. Winner Announcement

16.1 Sheridale Productions intends to publicly announce the confirmed winner following completion of the relevant eligibility, verification and acceptance requirements.

16.2 The winner will not ordinarily be publicly identified while they remain a provisional winner.

16.3 In connection with the Giveaway announcement, Sheridale Productions may publish limited information identifying the winner, subject to applicable law and promotional-marketing requirements.

16.4 Information supplied privately through the Entry Form, including email addresses and telephone numbers, will not be publicly disclosed as part of the winner announcement.

16.5 Sheridale Productions may invite the winning couple to provide an engagement photograph or other suitable couple photograph for inclusion in the winner announcement. Providing such an image is entirely optional, and Sheridale Productions will obtain the couple’s permission before using it for this purpose.

16.6 Any subsequent use of footage or imagery created by Sheridale Productions while providing the wedding videography services will be governed separately by the winning couple’s Wedding Videography Agreement.

16.7 Where required by applicable promotional-marketing rules, Sheridale Productions may make available information demonstrating that a valid award took place. A winner may object to or request a reduction in the amount of information made publicly available; however, Sheridale Productions may still be required to provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator upon request.

17. Subsequent Wedding Videography Agreement

17.1 Following verification and acceptance of the Prize, the winning couple will be required to enter into Sheridale Productions’ standard Wedding Videography Agreement, appropriately amended to reflect that the Divine Wedding Film Package has been awarded as the Giveaway Prize.

17.2 The Wedding Videography Agreement will record:

Divine Wedding Film Package: £2,495
Divine Giveaway Prize: −£2,495
Package Balance: £0

17.3 Any separately payable and agreed travel, accommodation or destination-related costs will be identified independently of the £0 Package Balance.

17.4 The Wedding Videography Agreement will govern the subsequent provision of videography services, including production arrangements, creative control, filming, audio recording, editing, delivery, revisions, intellectual property, portfolio/promotional use, liability and other operational terms ordinarily applicable to Sheridale Productions wedding bookings.

17.5 The winning couple will not be required to pay Sheridale Productions’ usual booking fee or package balance in respect of the Divine Wedding Film Package itself.

17.6 The winning couple must complete the Wedding Videography Agreement within a reasonable timeframe requested by Sheridale Productions following confirmation of the Prize.

17.7 If, after accepting the Prize, the winning couple unreasonably fails or refuses to complete the necessary Wedding Videography Agreement or otherwise prevents the booking from being formalised, Sheridale Productions may treat the Prize as declined after providing the couple with reasonable notice and an opportunity to complete the required booking arrangements.

18. Data Protection & Privacy

18.1 Sheridale Productions will process personal information supplied in connection with the Giveaway for the purposes of administering the promotion, validating entries, selecting and verifying a winner, communicating with entrants where necessary, awarding and administering the Prize, preventing fraud or misuse, and complying with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

18.2 Personal information collected through the Entry Form may include the entrant’s name, email address, Instagram username, partner’s name, wedding date, wedding venue/location and other information voluntarily provided in connection with their entry.

18.3 Sheridale Productions will process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection legislation and its Privacy Policy, available at:

18.4 Personal information collected for Giveaway administration will not automatically be used to send entrants general promotional marketing solely because they entered the Giveaway.

18.5 Sheridale Productions may retain records relating to the Giveaway for an appropriate period where reasonably necessary for administration, legal, regulatory, dispute-resolution or record-keeping purposes.

19. Marketing Communications

19.1 Entry into the Giveaway does not require entrants to consent to receive general marketing communications from Sheridale Productions.

19.2 Entrants may separately choose to opt in to receive wedding inspiration, special offers and occasional marketing communications from Sheridale Productions by selecting the optional marketing-consent option provided on the Entry Form.

19.3 The marketing-consent option will be optional and will not be pre-selected. Choosing not to consent to marketing will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.

19.4 Entrants who consent to marketing may withdraw their consent at any time, including by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in relevant marketing emails.

19.5 Sheridale Productions will retain an appropriate record of marketing consent, including the consent status associated with the relevant Entry Form submission.

19.6 Communications genuinely necessary for administration of the Giveaway are separate from general promotional marketing and may be sent where reasonably necessary to administer an entrant’s participation or the Prize.

20. General

20.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes these Terms & Conditions have been materially breached, false or misleading information has been provided, or the integrity or fair operation of the Giveaway has been compromised.

20.2 The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are not successfully submitted or received due to technical failures, network problems or other circumstances outside its reasonable control, provided that this does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20.3 If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the Giveaway, the Promoter will act reasonably and seek to minimise disappointment or disadvantage to entrants. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions gives the Promoter an unrestricted right to change significant conditions or the advertised Closing Date.

20.4 The Giveaway is organised and administered by Sheridale Productions and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok.

20.5 By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Meta and TikTok are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or provision of the Prize.

20.6 These Terms & Conditions and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to an entrant in another part of the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland or another eligible jurisdiction.

20.7 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

20.8 By submitting the official Giveaway Entry Form, the entrant confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
