1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of the Giveaway is Sheridale Productions, a business partnership operated by Trey Drysdale and Kimberley Sherratt (the “Promoter”).

4. Eligible Wedding Locations

4.1 The Giveaway is open to eligible weddings taking place in:

(a) the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland;

(b) the Republic of Ireland; and

(c) selected European destinations, subject to the conditions below.

4.2 For weddings outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, eligibility is subject to Sheridale Productions being legally and practically able to provide videography services in the relevant destination. This may include consideration of immigration and work requirements, customs and equipment requirements, insurance, permits, local regulations and other applicable legal or practical requirements.

4.3 Weddings in the United States of America, Canada and destinations outside the geographical scope described above are not eligible for this Giveaway.

4.4 Entrants must provide their wedding venue or location as required by the entry method used. If the exact venue has not yet been confirmed, the entrant must provide sufficient location information, such as the town, city or region and country, to enable the Promoter to assess geographical eligibility.

4.5 The wedding venue does not need to have been formally booked at the time of entry, provided the wedding date is confirmed.

5. How to Enter

5.1 Entry to the Giveaway is free and no purchase is necessary.

5.2 Eligible entrants may enter using either or both of the following entry methods:

(a) Instagram Entry — One Entry

To obtain one Instagram Entry, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

(i) follow @sheridale.productions on Instagram;

(ii) like the official Sheridale’s Divine Giveaway Instagram Reel; and

(iii) leave a comment on the official Giveaway Reel stating their wedding date and wedding venue or location.

If the wedding venue has not yet been confirmed, the entrant must instead provide sufficient general location information, such as the town, city or region and country.

(b) Website Entry — One Entry

To obtain one Website Entry, the entrant must complete and submit the official Sheridale’s Divine Giveaway entry form on the Sheridale Productions website during the Promotional Period and provide the information requested on that form.

5.3 Each eligible entrant may receive a maximum of two entries into the Giveaway: one valid Instagram Entry and one valid Website Entry.

5.4 Completing both entry methods is optional. An entrant completing one valid entry method will receive one entry. An entrant validly completing both entry methods will receive two entries. Both members of an eligible couple may enter separately, subject to the same maximum of two entries per person.

5.5 Completing the same entry method more than once does not create additional entries for that entrant.

5.6 Entrants using the Instagram Entry method should only include the information reasonably required to enter in their public comment. Entrants should not post private contact details, sensitive personal information or other unnecessary personal information in the Giveaway comments.

5.7 TikTok, Facebook and any other social media platforms on which the Giveaway may be promoted are promotional channels only and do not constitute additional entry methods unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.

5.8 Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied through either entry method is accurate.

5.9 Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Entry Restrictions

6.1 A maximum of two entries per eligible person is permitted: one Instagram Entry and one Website Entry.

6.2 Only one valid entry may be obtained by each entrant through each entry method.

6.3 Multiple Instagram comments, repeated likes or follows, use of additional Instagram accounts, or multiple Website Entry Form submissions by the same entrant do not generate additional entries.

6.4 Where duplicate entries by the same entrant are identified within the same entry method, the Promoter may remove or consolidate those duplicates so that only one entry for that entry method is included in the draw.

6.5 Both members of an eligible couple may enter the Giveaway separately. Where both members independently complete the requirements of the same entry method, each may receive a separate valid entry through that method.

6.6 Where an entrant has validly completed both entry methods, both entries will be included separately in the draw.

6.7 Entrants must not use false identities, fictitious couples, automated systems, bots, scripts, multiple accounts or any other method intended to circumvent the maximum number of permitted entries or otherwise manipulate the Giveaway.

6.8 The Promoter may take reasonable steps to identify and reconcile duplicate entries belonging to the same entrant for the purposes of enforcing the maximum entry limit.

7. The Prize

7.1 One eligible winning couple will receive Sheridale Productions’ Divine Wedding Film Package, with a stated value of £2,495.

7.2 The prize comprises the services and deliverables ordinarily included within the Divine Wedding Film Package as described on the official Giveaway page at the Opening Date.

7.3 The prize relates solely to the winning couple and the wedding identified through their entry, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

7.4 There is no cash alternative to the prize.

7.5 No cash refund, partial refund, credit or other monetary value will be provided for any element of the prize that the winning couple chooses not to use.

7.6 The prize is not a £2,495 credit or voucher and cannot be applied against another Sheridale Productions package or service as though it were cash.

7.7 The prize is non-transferable except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.

7.8 Any substitution or alteration to the package requested by the winning couple is at Sheridale Productions’ discretion and is not an entitlement arising from the prize.

8. Travel, Accommodation & Destination Costs

8.1 The Divine Wedding Film Package itself will be provided to the winning couple without charge, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 For travel by road from Nottingham, the first 50 miles of the outbound journey are included.

8.3 Mileage beyond the first 50 outbound miles will be charged at £0.45 per mile.

8.4 Applicable mileage for the return journey to Nottingham will be charged at £0.45 per mile.

8.5 Where reasonably necessary due to the wedding location, schedule, travel time or production requirements, the winning couple will be responsible for reasonable accommodation costs for the Sheridale Productions team.

8.6 For destination weddings or journeys requiring transport other than ordinary road travel, additional necessary travel costs may include, without limitation, rail fares, ferry travel, flights, checked or oversized equipment baggage, transfers, taxi fares, car hire, parking, tolls and other reasonable travel-related costs.

8.7 Sheridale Productions will determine and approve the travel arrangements reasonably required to deliver the prize, taking into account production equipment, baggage requirements, travel schedules, arrival and departure requirements and the safe and practical delivery of the service.

8.8 The winning couple must not book travel or accommodation on behalf of Sheridale Productions without Sheridale Productions’ prior written agreement.

8.9 Any chargeable travel, accommodation or destination costs will be disclosed or reasonably estimated and agreed with the winning couple before the prize booking is formally confirmed.

8.10 Where a destination wedding is involved, confirmation of the prize remains subject to the legal and practical checks described in Section 4.

9. Availability & Wedding Date

9.1 The prize is subject to Sheridale Productions being available on the wedding date supplied by the entrant.

9.2 Entering the Giveaway does not reserve, provisionally hold or otherwise secure the entrant’s wedding date in Sheridale Productions’ diary.

9.3 Sheridale Productions may continue to accept ordinary paid bookings during the Promotional Period and until the winning couple’s booking has been formally confirmed.

9.4 If Sheridale Productions is genuinely unavailable on the wedding date associated with a provisionally selected entry, that entry will not be eligible to receive the prize and another entry may be selected at random in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.5 Any change to the winning couple’s wedding date after the prize has been awarded is governed by Section 15 and the applicable Wedding Videography Agreement.

10. Winner Selection

10.1 One provisional winning entry will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

10.2 An eligible entrant who has validly completed both permitted entry methods will have two entries included in the draw. An eligible entrant who has completed one valid entry method will have one entry included. Both members of an eligible couple may have valid entries included in the draw where they have entered separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

10.3 The selection will be made using a computer process capable of producing a verifiably random result.

10.4 The entry pool will be finalised after the Closing Date and reasonable steps may be taken to identify invalid entries, duplicate entries submitted by the same entrant through the same entry method, or entries exceeding the permitted limits before the draw.

10.5 The entrant associated with the selected entry and their partner will initially be treated as the provisional winning couple only. The prize will not be confirmed until the Promoter has completed the necessary eligibility and availability checks and the prize has been accepted.

10.6 Sheridale Productions may film or otherwise record the winner-selection process for transparency, record-keeping and campaign content purposes.

10.7 The identity of a provisional winner will not ordinarily be announced publicly until eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted.

10.8 Sheridale Productions will retain reasonable records of the draw and verification process.

11. Verification of the Provisional Winner

11.1 Before confirming the prize, Sheridale Productions may verify that the provisionally selected entry complied with the requirements applicable to the entry method through which it was received.

11.2 For an Instagram Entry, verification may include checking:

(a) the relevant Instagram account;

(b) that the entrant followed @sheridale.productions as required;

(c) that the official Giveaway Reel was liked;

(d) that a qualifying comment was made during the Promotional Period;

(e) the wedding date stated in that comment; and

(f) the wedding venue or location stated in that comment.

11.3 For a Website Entry, verification may include checking the information supplied through the official Website Entry Form.

11.4 Sheridale Productions may also verify, where applicable:

(a) the identity of the entrant and their partner;

(b) that both members of the couple are aged 18 or over;

(c) the confirmed wedding date;

(d) Sheridale Productions’ availability;

(e) the wedding location;

(f) destination legality and practical feasibility;

(g) whether the couple had an existing confirmed Sheridale Productions booking before the Opening Date; and

(h) compliance with the maximum entry limit per entrant.

11.5 Where a provisionally selected entrant entered through Instagram without completing the Website Entry Form, Sheridale Productions may request reasonable additional information necessary to verify eligibility and administer the prize. This may include names, contact details, confirmation of age eligibility and further information concerning the wedding.

11.6 Providing information requested under clause 11.5 does not create an additional entry and does not allow an entrant retrospectively to correct a failure to satisfy the requirements of the original entry method.

11.7 Eligibility will be assessed by reference to the applicable circumstances and requirements at the time of entry, except where these Terms and Conditions expressly provide otherwise.

11.8 A material entry requirement that was not satisfied during the Promotional Period cannot be completed retrospectively after an entry has been selected.

11.9 Minor clerical or typographical errors may be disregarded where they do not affect eligibility, create an unfair advantage or materially prevent verification.

11.10 Entries containing materially false, misleading, manipulated or fraudulent information may be disqualified.

12. Winner Notification & Acceptance

12.1 Where an email address is available, official notification of provisional selection will ordinarily be sent by email.

12.2 Where the selected entry was made through Instagram and the Promoter does not already hold a valid email address for the entrant, the Promoter may initially contact the entrant by direct message from Sheridale Productions’ official Instagram account in order to obtain the contact information reasonably required to complete verification and notification.

12.3 Where an Instagram username is available, Sheridale Productions may also send an Instagram direct message as a courtesy notification or reminder.

12.4 Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information where requested and for checking relevant email inboxes, spam or junk folders and Instagram message requests where applicable.

12.5 A provisionally selected entrant must respond within 72 hours of the Promoter’s official notification and confirm their intention to accept the prize.

12.6 If no response has been received after approximately 48 hours, Sheridale Productions may send a reminder by email and/or Instagram direct message where those contact methods are available.

12.7 If the provisionally selected entrant does not respond within the 72-hour period, Sheridale Productions may withdraw the provisional offer and select another entry at random.

12.8 Any replacement provisional winner will receive their own 72-hour response period.

12.9 Once a replacement provisional winner has been contacted following expiry of the original response period, the original provisional winner will no longer be entitled to claim the prize.

12.10 Responding within 72 hours confirms the entrant’s intention to accept the prize. The full Wedding Videography Agreement does not need to be completed within that 72-hour period but must subsequently be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

12.11 Where chargeable travel, accommodation or destination costs apply, these will be disclosed or reasonably estimated and accepted before the prize booking is formally contracted.

12.12 No fee, payment or card details are required simply to enter the Giveaway or claim the Divine Wedding Film Package itself. Legitimate travel, accommodation or destination costs may apply only as described in these Terms and Conditions.

12.13 Confirmation of a destination wedding prize remains subject to completion of the destination eligibility and work-requirement checks described in Section 4.

13. Ineligible Winners & Redraws

13.1 If a provisionally selected entry fails the eligibility, entry, verification or acceptance requirements contained in these Terms and Conditions, Sheridale Productions may disqualify that entry and conduct another random selection.

13.2 Any redraw will be made from the remaining valid eligible entries using the same or an equivalent verifiably random process.

13.3 Reasons for disqualification may include, without limitation:

(a) failure to satisfy the requirements of the entry method through which the selected entry was submitted;

(b) failure to meet the age, wedding-date or geographical eligibility requirements;

(c) materially false or misleading information;

(d) inability reasonably to verify eligibility;

(e) exceeding or attempting to circumvent the maximum permitted number of entries per entrant;

(f) Sheridale Productions being genuinely unavailable on the submitted wedding date;

(g) the wedding location being outside the eligible geographical area;

(h) Sheridale Productions being unable legally or practically to provide the service in a destination wedding location; or

(i) failure to respond within the applicable 72-hour period.

13.4 A disqualified provisional winner will not be entitled to cash, compensation or a replacement prize.

13.5 Sheridale Productions may retain an internal record of the reason for disqualification and redraw.

13.6 A disqualified provisional winner will not ordinarily be publicly identified.

14. Non-Transferability & No Cash Alternative

14.1 The prize is awarded to the couple and wedding associated with the winning entry and may not be sold, gifted, assigned or transferred to another couple or wedding.

14.2 Either member of the winning couple may manage communications concerning the booking.

14.3 A change of wedding venue does not in itself constitute a transfer of the prize, provided the same couple remains the beneficiary and all applicable eligibility, availability, geographical and travel requirements continue to be satisfied.

14.4 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

14.5 The prize cannot be sold or exchanged for another Sheridale Productions service as a monetary credit.

15. Postponement, Date Changes & Cancellation

15.1 The prize is initially attached to the wedding date associated with the winning entry.

15.2 The winning couple may request one change of wedding date or postponement, subject to:

(a) the prize remaining with the same couple;

(b) Sheridale Productions being available on the replacement date;

(c) the replacement wedding continuing to meet the eligibility requirements; and

(d) any applicable travel or destination costs being agreed.

15.3 The replacement wedding date should ordinarily remain within 2027, 2028 or 2029.

15.4 A request to move the wedding beyond 2029 is not automatically covered by the prize and will require Sheridale Productions’ express written agreement.

15.5 Any further postponement or date change after the permitted first change will be entirely subject to Sheridale Productions’ written agreement and availability.

15.6 If Sheridale Productions is unavailable on a replacement date, Sheridale Productions is not required to cancel another booking, provide a substitute videographer, pay compensation or provide a cash alternative.

15.7 If the winning couple permanently cancels their wedding, the prize will lapse.

15.8 No redraw will be conducted solely because a winning couple permanently cancels their wedding after the prize has been formally awarded.

15.9 Force majeure and circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control following formal booking will be dealt with under the Wedding Videography Agreement and applicable law.

15.10 The winning couple must notify Sheridale Productions of any change of venue or wedding location after the prize has been awarded. Geographic eligibility, legal feasibility and applicable travel or accommodation costs will continue to apply.

16. Winner Announcement and Publicity

16.1 Sheridale Productions intends to announce the confirmed winner publicly after eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted.

16.2 A provisionally selected entrant will not ordinarily be publicly identified before verification and acceptance are complete.

16.3 The public announcement may include limited identifying information concerning the winning couple, such as first names and/or a social media username, where appropriate and lawful.

16.4 Private information supplied through the Website Entry Form or during winner verification, including private email addresses and telephone numbers, will not be published as part of the winner announcement.

16.5 Sheridale Productions may invite the winning couple to provide an engagement or couple photograph for use in the winner announcement. Providing such a photograph and granting permission for its use is optional and will be requested separately.

16.6 Any subsequent use by Sheridale Productions of footage, photographs or other content created while providing the wedding videography service will be governed by the Wedding Videography Agreement.

16.7 Where applicable promotional rules require winner information to be made available, Sheridale Productions will comply with those requirements while taking account of any valid objection or request from the winner to reduce the amount of information made publicly available. Relevant information may still be provided to a competent regulator where required.

17. Subsequent Wedding Videography Agreement

17.1 The winning couple will be required to enter into Sheridale Productions’ Wedding Videography Agreement, adapted where necessary to reflect the Giveaway prize.

17.2 The agreement will record the Divine Wedding Film Package at its stated value of £2,495, with a corresponding Giveaway Prize deduction of £2,495, resulting in a package balance of £0.

17.3 Any applicable travel, accommodation or destination costs are separate from the £0 package balance and remain payable as agreed.

17.4 The Wedding Videography Agreement will govern matters including production arrangements, creative approach, filming, audio recording, editing, delivery, revisions, intellectual property, promotional usage, liability and other service-specific terms.

17.5 The winning couple will not be required to pay Sheridale Productions’ usual booking fee or package balance for the Divine Wedding Film Package itself.

17.6 Following acceptance and verification of the prize, the winning couple must complete the Wedding Videography Agreement within a reasonable timeframe requested by Sheridale Productions.

17.7 If the winning couple unreasonably refuses or fails to complete the necessary agreement after reasonable notice, Sheridale Productions may treat the prize as declined.

18. Data Protection & Privacy

18.1 Sheridale Productions may process personal information supplied or otherwise reasonably obtained in connection with the Giveaway for purposes including:

(a) administering the Giveaway;

(b) recording and reconciling entries received through the permitted entry methods;

(c) identifying duplicate or excessive entries submitted by the same entrant;

(d) validating entries and eligibility;

(e) selecting and verifying the winner;

(f) communicating with entrants and the provisional or confirmed winner;

(g) awarding and administering the prize;

(h) preventing fraud, abuse or manipulation; and

(i) complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

18.2 Depending on the entry method used, information processed may include names, email addresses, Instagram usernames, wedding dates, wedding venues or locations, information supplied through the Website Entry Form, information contained in qualifying Instagram comments, marketing preferences where separately provided, and information reasonably required during winner verification.

18.3 Entrants using the Instagram Entry method acknowledge that the wedding date and venue or location included in their qualifying comment will be posted publicly on Instagram and may be visible to other users of the platform. Entrants should not include unnecessary personal, private or sensitive information in their Giveaway comment.

18.4 Where an Instagram username is provided through the Website Entry Form, Sheridale Productions may use it to help identify and reconcile entries across the two permitted entry methods, enforce the maximum entry limit per entrant, verify eligibility, identify duplicate entries submitted by the same entrant, prevent fraudulent entries and, where appropriate, assist with contacting a provisionally selected entrant.

18.5 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sheridale Productions’ Privacy Policy:

18.6 Information collected for administration of the Giveaway will not automatically be used for unrelated general marketing.

18.7 Sheridale Productions may retain reasonable Giveaway administration and winner-selection records for an appropriate period for legal, regulatory, evidential and business administration purposes.

19. Optional Marketing Communications

19.1 Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter the Giveaway.

19.2 Where offered through the Website Entry Form, entrants may separately choose to receive Sheridale Productions wedding inspiration, offers and occasional updates by email.

19.3 Any marketing consent option will be optional, separate from Giveaway entry and will not be pre-selected. Choosing not to consent will have no effect on eligibility or chances of winning.

19.4 A person who has opted in to marketing communications may unsubscribe or withdraw their consent at any time using the method provided in the communication or by contacting Sheridale Productions.

19.5 Sheridale Productions may retain an appropriate record of whether and when marketing consent was given or withdrawn.

19.6 Communications reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, verify an entry, contact a provisional winner or administer the prize are separate from optional marketing communications.

19.7 Entering through Instagram does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive direct marketing communications from Sheridale Productions.

20. General

20.1 Sheridale Productions reserves the right to disqualify an entry where there is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, materially false information, fraud, manipulation or conduct that reasonably compromises the fair administration or integrity of the Giveaway.

20.2 Sheridale Productions is not responsible for entries that fail to be properly received or recorded because of technical failures, platform outages, internet failures or other circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20.3 If circumstances outside Sheridale Productions’ reasonable control materially affect the fair or lawful operation of the Giveaway, Sheridale Productions may take such reasonable action as is necessary to protect entrants and the integrity of the promotion. This does not provide an unrestricted right to change significant conditions or the Closing Date.

20.4 The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

20.5 Entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Meta, TikTok and other social media platforms are not responsible for the administration or fulfilment of this Giveaway.

20.6 These Terms and Conditions and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections applicable to entrants elsewhere.

20.7 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20.8 By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
