TERMS & CONDITIONS
PHOTO SERVICES
Photos will be formatted and sized specifically for MLS. (Print-sized photos available by request for no additional cost).
With respect to both of our time, photo shoots are allotted 1.5 hours. If additional time is required due to a non-ready state, additional time will be billed at £50/hour. Please ensure the property is in a ready state before the pre-arranged shoot time. For useful tips on how to prepare your property for the shoot, please see our helpful Preparation Guide.
VIDEO SERVICES
Property Video Tours range in duration between 1-3 minutes. Our primary goal is to capture the features of the home in the best light possible. A shorter 30-Second Teaser video is available as an optional add-on.
Video service turnaround is less than 24 hours from the shoot - usually Same-Day delivery (depending on the demand of our services).
Our videos are delivered to you in both a branded and unbranded format (suitable for MLS) at no additional cost.
Our Video Tours are allotted 2.5 hours. If additional time is required due to a non-ready state, additional time will be billed at £50/hour. Please ensure the property is in a ready state before the pre-arranged shoot time. Please see our Preparation Guide for more information.
1 Video revision is included in Real Estate video work within 7 days of the shoot. Additional revisions are available and billable at an hourly rate.
Our videos include licensed music assigned specifically for your video. Copyright music (including covers) will not be used in the production.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
As a mark of commitment by you in booking our services, we require that 50% of the total booking is to be paid in advance of the shoot. Client will be invoiced for the 1st 50% after the booking details have been confirmed and agreed between by both parties.
The remaining 50% of the total booking is payable upon delivery.
Rescheduling and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of £45. This is due to Sheridale Productions’ requirement to reject other work in order to fulfil the current booking, which cannot fill the calendar with this short of notice.
We do our best to schedule shoots during favourable weather conditions with the goal of showcasing the home at its best. If the shoot is to be rescheduled due to unfit weather conditions, there will be no rescheduling fees.
We cannot issue refunds after we have performed services.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sheridale Productions reserve the right to use photos and video we have captured in our advertising and marketing campaigns, as sole owners of the media that has been licensed for you to use.
Copies of your media will remain on our database for download up to 30 days. Upon delivery, please download your files immediately and make backups as all previous work will be purged after 30 days has lapsed.
A small travel fee is quoted for properties more than 30 miles from NG8 (Nottingham).
